1 Month Contract: No discount on services or

6 Month Contract: Discount on service and
Labor trip fee waived
12 Month Contract: Discount on service and

All terms can be purchased at 1 hour or a
half hour (30) minutes
What do you get with contracted services?
With our contracted services you will
receive support for all the devices that you put on your contract. Support can
be provided either remotely, over the phone, through email, or in person. We
will also make sure that your computer is receiving updates on critical system
software including but not limited to antivirus, anti-spyware, and windows
updates. We will also inform you of anything that you can do to improve your
network or devices on your network.
Laptop/ Personal/Desktop PC’s
All Laptop/Personal/Desktop PC’s get 1 hour
or a half hour of service per month depending on plan level purchased with no
rollover time. Any time over the time that is included in your contract will be
billed at the rate that is specified by the term of contract purchased. All
contract levels will have a priority over non-contracted customers.
Servers: Windows Server 2000, 2003
All Servers get 1 hour of service per month
with no rollover time. Any time over the time that is included in your contract
will be billed at the rate that is specified by the term of contract purchased.
