and your company. All plans can be upgraded to add remote support for a small
fee. Contracted services are done on a month to month basis, six(6) month term,

Non-Contracted Services |
All Non-Contracted services are billed at a hourly rate, and
are subjected to trip fee's to cover the expense of travel
to your site. Non-Contracted service are mostly for
residential users, or small businesses that want to be on a
as needed basis.

Remote Support is an additional part of our Contracted Services
that we provide. With the remote support software our company and only our
company can remotely keep your computers and servers up to date on their
operating system updates and other software updates. It also provides our
company with a way to remotely manage your systems without exposing your network
to malicious attacks. So we can respond to most of your problems faster, and
